IMMF annual meeting (For 2013)

The decision from the last annual meeting.
(1) A new election for leading committee 2014-2015 was done and approved.
(2) Financial report of 2013 was discussed and approved.
(3) An approval for the annual report of 2013 was done.
(4) Changing Bank for Mandalay branch was approved from Myanmar Investment & Commercial Bank to KBZ Bank (Mingalar Market).
(5) Budgets for 2014 were approved. Amount total 15 million kyats, 8.25 million kyats for Health Sector, 3.75 million Kyats for Education Sector and 3 million kyats for Social Sector.
(6) Regional representatives were selected for information and news, and for receiving donations.
(7) A survey committee was formed and led by Dr Hla Soe Tint, and members were follows, Dr Sai Kyaw Han, Dr Thet Thet Khine, Dr Win Win Myint, Dr Moe Kyaw Myint.
(8) Mobile Clinic for Mandalay branch will be hold at least once per three months.
(9) An approval of scholarship for medical students, more than one student per year, if necessary.
(10) An approval for the 3rd Teacher homage ceremony which will be hold in 3 January, 2015.
(11) Donation to “Infinite Myanma Metta Foundation”5 million kyats by Dr Kyi Shin especially for poor patients in General Surgery use , 2 million kyats by Dr Kyaw Min Oo and 500 US $ by Dr Hla Soe Tint.
(12) The following members were selected for more donations and more resources.
